1 x Zoom session lasting 90 mins
During your one-off confidence and self-esteem session with our associate executive coach Matt Verrell you will explore what challenges are currently testing your resilience.
By the end of this session you will:
- Understand what it means to be truly resilient and how you can apply what you’ve learnt;
- Be able to immediately take steps to boost your resilience including reducing stress and becoming more optimistic; and
- Learn where you sit on a resilience scale, thereby enabling you to decide how to move forward.
*It is customary for our coaches and consultants to invoice clients in advance of your session(s). Payments are made directly to your chosen specialist. Also, though our experts aim to be as flexible as possible and are happy to schedule sessions in around your work commitments, your fee will be non-refundable if you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice.
