Laura Shipp, CheekyLittleCareers' associate well-being expert, offers the following range of one-to-one virtual services to our users.
Whole You MOT
This is an initial one-off two-hour long session aimed at pinpointing the root cause(s) of any discomfort you’re currently experiencing. Laura can use various methods to help clients identify potential causes of concern, including nutritional deficiencies and sensitivities. Often our diets influence the way we feel, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well.
Once your booking is fully confirmed, Laura will ask you to complete a detailed health and well-being questionnaire, giving you an opportunity to outline any symptoms you’re currently experiencing as well as explain how they’re making you feel / impacting your day-to-day life.
You can also opt for medical laboratory testing at an additional charge or arrange for a follow-up session, which involves kinesiology (kinesiology uses muscle response testing for energetic biofeedback to identify where emotional, chemical, physical, and energetic imbalances are). This is all possible virtually.
Following the session, you’ll be sent a report with tailored recommendations.
Hello to Extraordinary You!
This three-session package with Laura starts with an initial 75-minute long appointment to explore how low self-esteem manifests itself and can often lead to the commonly known phenomenon ‘imposter syndrome’. The second and third one-hour long sessions draw on a combination of therapies including:
• Hypnotherapy – invites you to feel deeply relaxed to talk to your subconscious. It does not override freewill – you will remain awake, participate, and remember.
• Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) – supports you in understanding what is responsible for unhelpful thought patterns and gives you the tools for deep change.
• Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) – uses simple eye movements and questioning techniques to change a particular thought pattern.
This package would also really benefit business professionals who are struggling with burnout and want to take back control. Laura typically recommends an additional one-hour nutritional therapy session for this.
